A-Frame style with outdoor 2nd story balcony and first floor deck. Both bedrooms are upstairs.  Bedroom 1 has one double bed; Bedroom 2 has one twin bed; Main floor has galley style kitchen, dining & living room area, full T/S bathroom. On Bluff overlooking Hamlin Lake.

Rates (Summer season mid June – mid August) weekly $1025.00  
Saturday check in at 4 pm; Saturday checkout 10 am
Nightly rate $160.00 ( 2 nite min)

Deposit: $400 per cottage/per weekly rental.

Options: 

Private dock space for guest boats: $50 per week

No Refunds. Credit cards accepted. Cash or check preferred.
