Charming one large bedroom cottage!  Upstairs bedroom has 1 dbl bed, 2 twin beds. Main level has quaint kitchen , dining area that overlooks woods/lake.  Comfortable living room and bathroom with large fiberglass shower.

A-Frames 1-3

Sleeps 4 to 6 ~ 2 Bedrooms ~ Min Rate of $1025/week
Unique natural wood paneled A frame cottage. Spectacular Hamlin Lake views.  Main floor has galley style kitchen, Living/Dining room area combined, bathroom with fiberglass shower unit, one bedroom with 1 double bed.  Upstairs loft bedroom has 1 double bed.

A-Frame 4 (Eagle’s Nest)

Sleeps 8 to 10 ~ 4 Bedrooms ~ Min Rate of $1650/week
Unique hillside situated large 4 bedroom A frame style cottage.  Wood paneled open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room on main floor.  West and north views of Hamlin Lake. Main floor includes 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, full bathroom with T/S unit, upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each.  Large outside deck with picnic table. Close to boat docks area.

Pentagon

Sleeps 4 to 6 ~ 2 Bedrooms ~ Min Rate of $1200/week
Amazing waters edge view from lakeside screened in porch. One level 2 bedrooms with one double bed in each bedroom.  Open kitchen, living, dining area with bedroom on each side of cottage. One full T/S bathroom. Gas log fireplace to take chill out and heats entire cottage in offseason).

T-House

A-Frame style with outdoor 2nd story balcony and first floor deck. Both bedrooms are upstairs.  Bedroom 1 has one double bed; Bedroom 2 has one twin bed; Main floor has galley style kitchen, dining & living room area, full T/S bathroom. On Bluff overlooking Hamlin Lake.

Sunset House

Sleeps 12 to 14 ~ 4 Bedrooms ~ Min Rate of $2000/week
Spacious 4 bedroom unit. One large bedroom on the main floor, full T/S bath, breakfast nook and dining area, large kitchen, living room overlooking lake with fieldstone wood burning fireplace. Screened porch with picnic table overlooks hamlin Lake on Bluff.  Upstairs: 1 bedroom with one double bed and three twin size beds, 1 bedroom with one double, one twin, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds, one full T/S bathroom.

Deer Meadow Lodge

Sleeps 12 to 14 ~ 4 Bedrooms ~ Min Rate of $2000/week
Enjoy watching the deer in the meadow from your outdoor deck! Spacious Bi-level home/cottage includes 4 large bedrooms.  Upper level has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 2 double beds, Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed.  Full size bathroom with T/S unit. Kitchen dining area will seat 10+ people.  Living room overlooks outdoor pool area. Lower level has bedroom 3: 1 queen and 1 twin size bed and Bedroom 4 with one double / one twin bed.  Full T/S bathroom and large family room with freestanding wood fireplace and room for game playing on rainy days.  Large screened porch has picnic table and extra refrigerator. Private fire ring upon request.

Indian Princess Lodge

Sleeps 10 to 12 ~ 5 Bedrooms ~ Min Rate of $2000/week
5 bedroom unit built around the original historical 1890 log home.  Main level has large screened-in front porch overlooking play and pool area, living/dining room overlooks Hamlin Lake (North View).  Easily accommodates 10-12 ppl, spacious kitchen and storage to cook easily for 10+ ppl. Bathroom has walk in tiled shower. Main floor bedroom has 1 queen bed. Upstairs 4 bedrooms: 3 w/ dbl bed, 1 w/ 2 twin beds, full T/S bathroom.

Maplewood

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening supper on your woods view screened porch or deck! Main floor has living/ dining room area with free standing wood burning fireplace open kitchen to living area.  Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, Bedroom 2 with 1 dbl bed, bathroom with T/S unit. Upstairs bedroom 3 has 1 dbl bed, 2 twin beds. Plenty of lawn space for private family outdoor games and private fire ring upon request.

Evergreen
